In honour of Fashion Revolution Week, we were lucky enough to participate in a ‘Team Photoshoot’ as a wee celebration of the HSL Family. Fashion Revolution is a global movement calling for a fairer, safer, cleaner, more transparent fashion industry. The movement coincides with the Rana Plaza collapse in Bangladesh in 2013 which is considered one of the deadliest garment factory accidents. 1129 people died in the disaster as a result of fast fashion production. The question they ask during Fashion Revolution Week is #whomademyclothes – and we got to very proudly answer – We Do! We calculated there is nearly 400 years of industry experience in this photo!
We have been sharing this image, as well as individual images of our team on our Social Media pages.
